A jpeg screenshot isn't much to work with. If you could put up "before"
and "after" shots (png files from -vf screenshot) somewhere it might help
(raw frames would be even better).

At any rate, something's certainly not dealing nicely with the last couple
of chroma lines here. You might try adding "format=444p,scale" before
yadif.
