No any of these thing is the cause because:
i usually capture many files on this computer and
none of them has problem, neither with capturing nor
with encoding. And during the capturing of this
specific file no other cpu intensive task was doing on
this computer. this computer is too fast that i can
capture 3 films from 3 TV-card simultaneously without
any problem.

And the input file itself has no problem with sound
when plays with same mplayer.

Is there anyone that could solve the same problem with
mencoder and mplayer ?
