I haven't ever seen any. Pretty much every digital video expert knows
not to do such a stupid thing. I don't doubt there are websites and
perhaps products from small companies that might be so stupid.

We call it "1080" for various reasons (eg. aspect ratio), but it's
actually encoded, broadcast, and decoded as 1088... precisely because
1080 isn't divisible by 32.

Any standard designed for interlaced video should be (and all are,
AFAIK). You'll note that 480 and 576 don't exactly correspond to the
real dimentions of analog PAL/NTSC. They were specified as-is precisely
because they are mod32.
