Or -alang, e.g. "-alang en" for English.

For -alang, you don't need to look up the available audio streams.
But if there is more than one language with the specified name you will
need to use -aid again. Also, the parameter to -alang is dependent on
the container format (which should not be a problem, as you rarely find
video material other than DVDs with multiple audio streams/languages).
