[MEncoder-users] x264 Too many video packets in the buffer

Hi all,

I'm trying to encode to h264 from TS mpeg.
I've got tons of "Too many video packets in the buffer" and "Skipping
frame!" messages during encoding.

I'm using -cache 65536 parameter and vbv_bufsize=1835 option in the
-x264encopts parameter

When playing the video, images sometimes stop while sound continue.

Any idea?
