Oops my bad! You want softskip AFTER a denoise filter like hqdn3d
because it needs all the frames of the input to be effective.
mencoder -vf pullup,hqdn3d=3:2:3:3,softskip,pp=lb,harddup -ofps 24000/1001
Sorry about that! Also, putting crop in the filter after pullup and
before denoise will save you time.
mencoder -vf pullup,hqdn3d=3:2:3:3,softskip,pp=lb,scale=640:480,harddup
-sws 9 -ofps 24000/1001
